0x7 0x27 0x0 is the message the ESX host is getting back from the SAN
in this case its showing that the device (rdm) is read only and therefore not really an error unless patch below isnt applied

VMFS continues trying to mount the volume even if the LUN is read-only. This issue is resolved by applying this patch. Now VMFS does not attempt to mount the volume when it receives the read-only status.
